1 IDProtect service is a personal identity theft protection service available to personal checking account owner(s), their joint account owners and their eligible family members. The service is available to non-publicly traded businesses and their business owner(s) listed on the account and their eligible family members (service not available to employees or authorized signers who are not owners). Service is not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner.  Service is not available to clubs, organizations and/or churches and their members, schools and their employees/students.  For revocable grantor trusts, the service is available only when a grantor is serving as a trustee and covers the grantor trustee(s) and their eligible family members.  For all other fiduciary accounts, the service covers the beneficiary, who must be the primary member, and their eligible family members (Fiduciary is not covered).   Family includes: Spouse, persons qualifying as domestic partner, and children under 25 years of age and parent(s) of the account holder who are residents of the same household.

Debit Cards

We are proud to offer MasterCard Debit Cards for our members. Your MasterCard Debit Card can be used locally, nationwide and worldwide wherever MasterCard is accepted. Our cards include the added security of an EMV chip. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay are also available on compatible smart phones. Cards can be used to make up to $1,500 in purchases per day and up to $1,000 in ATM withdrawals per day.

Pay Anyone

Send Cash Using an Email or Mobile Number – FREE!

Pay Anyone, our person-to-person payment service, allows you to electronically send money to any individual located in the United States from It’s Me 247 Bill Pay or the COPFCU Mobile app.

Send cash using either a secure text message or email. Before sending, you’ll enter a password that you will provide to the recipient. They will be directed to a secure website that walks them through the steps to collect the money you sent. Best of all, Pay Anyone is FREE!

 

Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay

COPFCU offers Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay for all Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Cards and MasterCard Debit Cards. Members with a compatible smart phone can make purchases at thousands of stores and inside participating apps, with just the touch of a finger. Even better, payments through these mobile wallets are more secure than swiping or inserting your chip card at a retailer. Why? For 2 reasons:

  1. Biometric Security – You must use your thumbprint to complete the purchase. This ensures that you – and only you – are performing the transaction.
