Online Bill Pay “Unable to Apply Payment” Notice – Update as of 5:41pm on Friday, November 2nd
We have been made aware that members who have paid bills using Online Bill Pay may have received a message that their merchant was unable to apply the payment. If you receive this message, PLEASE RESUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. Your transaction will be processed as soon as this issue has been resolved.
You will receive a refund for the payment that did not process by Monday, November 5th at 5:30 pm.
We will gladly refund any late payment fees that you may receive as a result of this error. Please contact us to receive a late payment refund.
