We recently upgraded our debit card processing system to serve you better. We are happy to report that this upgrade was a seamless transition with no interruption in service to members.
As a result of this upgrade however, the number appearing on the back of your debit card for 24 x 7 service is no longer correct. Below are the new contact numbers for any debit card issues you may experience. Please begin to use these new numbers starting January 29, 2020.
As a reminder, you can also use the COPFCU Mobile app to temporarily block your debit and credit card from being used if you suspect fraud or your card has been lost/stolen. Download the COPFCU Mobile App from the App Store and Google Play store.
