If you and your family are enrolled in our Secure Checking Account with total identity monitoring, please note that you will be receiving alerts from ID Protect noting a change for COPFCU. When you log in to ID Protect and view the alert, you will see that the Monitoring Alert is for a change to your Equifax, TransUnion or Experian credit report. This alert is being transmitted because we are reporting information to the credit bureaus using a new format as a result of our systems upgrade. We have not pulled a credit report. We have simply changed the format of how we report the data to the credit bureaus.
We apologize for any inconvenience or concern caused by the alerts. The alerts reinforce that your ID Protect service is working and that your identity and credit are being monitored.
