Today you may have received an ID Protect alert for your COPFCU Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card stating that your card has been “Transferred/Sold” and to contact us for further details.
Your COPFCU Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card has not been transferred or sold to another financial institution. This alert has been generated because we are in the process of converting our credit card program to a new vendor, Cincinnati-based WorldPay.
In November, WorldPay will begin to process all COPFCU credit card transactions. Our ID Protect system generated an alert to you today because notification was provided to the credit bureaus today that all COPFCU credit cards will soon be transferred to WorldPay for processing only. COPFCU will remain the owner of your credit card account.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this alert may have caused you. Rest assured that your credit card accounts will remain with COPFCU. In addition, if you received an alert today, you can also rest assured that your ID Protect service is working as it should and providing you with notifications of any changes to your credit report and identity.
