During this Coronavirus COVID-19 event, the health and safety of all members and staff are our foremost priority. As a result, we are cancelling the Annual Meeting that was scheduled for Tuesday, March 17th at 4:00pm. At this time, we anticipate the new date for the Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, April 21st at 4:00pm at our Queensgate Main Office located at 959 W. 8th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
We continue to monitor local and nationwide developments on COVID-19 and are following the CDC’s guidelines for regular disinfectant cleaning, asking employees to stay home if they are sick, and providing hand sanitizer at our branches.
All of our branches are currently open to continue serving your needs. If you don’t wish to enter our branches, you can always call us for service or utilize our self-service options:
- Online banking and bill pay
- Mobile banking app with mobile check deposit
- Bank by phone
- Free ATMs including deposits at PNC Bank ATMs
- Pay Anyone (person-to-person payments)
In addition, the Mobile Wallets we offer — Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay – allow you to purchase items without touching the pay terminal at any retailer that accepts Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
